He arrived promptly at the designated time, and a couple hours prior to the appointment, they sent me a notification saying that my appointment was coming up. He was here to fix my oven and my washer and as soon as he assessed the stove he fixed it immediately. He knew exactly what the problem was. leah437James absolutely made our day! Our GE Refrigerator failed on our tenant the day that they were expecting guests. Every other place I called was an automated system that wanted a million details and to schedule an appointment a week from now with no one to talk to. James answered his phone and he was busy, fitting us in was pure customer service and we were first time customers, He came, he saw, he conquered :-) He made time to swing by and take a look so our tenant wouldn't feel left totally high and dry over the weekend...I still expected a part to be ordered and the fixing to be delayed, but I really appreciated his stopping by to show our tenants we cared about their plight. It turned out to be something he could get a part locally for and he went ahead and fixed it same day. James just made our favorite vendor list. I believe he will do whatever he can to help and I'll get to talk to him when I call. I was also pleased with the cost, seemed very reasonable.
